There are three modules in this Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) series:

1. How Change Influences People and Processes

2. Supportive Leadership Through Collaborative Learning

3. Coaching for Success

A CQI package is also available.  The package includes all three modules for Professional Development clock hours, and is offered at a discounted rate.
