Overview
Aim4Excellence is an online national director credential for early childhood administrators. It focuses on the essential knowledge and skills leaders need to deliver high-quality programming for young children.  Aim4Excellence is recognized by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as an alternative path for meeting the director qualifications for NAEYC program accreditation.

Participants who complete all nine modules will earn the Aim4Excellence National Director Credential.  Participants can connect to Aim4Excellence anytime from anywhere they have limited access.  No special software or textbooks are required.
