Taking the Lead (TTL) is a community of practice that is focused on the family child care provider as a change agent – at the individual, business and community level. Participants in TTL will: learn strategies for growing and sustaining a successful family child care business; enhance their work as an early childhood educator; and gain understanding of their role as an advocate for early care and education.
