 Getting Ready for the Business Administration Scale (BAS) will cover the following topics.

  • Understand the rationale for focusing on the quality of business and professional practices
  • Learn how using a formal assessment tool helps you make good decisions based on data
  • Understand the content of the BAS
  • Learn how to score the BAS
  • Prepare for a formal BAS assessment
  • Learn how to use data from a BAS assessment to create a quality improvement plan

While you do not need to purchase the BAS book to complete this module, you may find it helpful to have one as a resource as you participate in this module.
