A4X | Module 1: Leading the Way

Course Number
A4X_M01R_V2
Price
200.00
Overview
This is the non-college credit version of the module. It is each participant's responsibility to contact professional development system and licensing personnel to confirm how Aim4Excellence assists with meeting established state criteria. When enrolling and accessing module training materials, carefully select either the 'non-college credit' or 'Aim4Excellence modules for college credit' based on these determined professional development needs.

This module focuses on the important topic of what it means to be a leader of an early childhood program and will help you develop your own leadership style from the inside out. Research provides compelling evidence that capable leadership is one of the strongest predictors of high-quality early childhood programming. This module stresses the point that there isn't one best leadership style that all directors should emulate. To the contrary; inspirational leaders come in all shapes and sizes.
