Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Five Easy Steps to Submit an EOL

Complete and Submit Your EOLs

1.     Download the associated PDF file



2.       Save the PDF with your name and ID number to a folder on your computer

 

3.       Open the saved file and enter your answers
(Remember to save your work as you are completing the EOL!)

 

4.       Select and Upload the completed PDF file

 

5.     Mark the EOL as complete and Save your assignment. DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTON OVER AND OVER. If you keep clicking the  “Save Assignment” button it resets your date of submission and puts you to the bottom of the priority list.
